Guidelines for Papers

The papers must be sent to apdr@mail.telepac.pt, respecting the following standards:

• the first page must contain the title of the paper, author(s)'s first and last name, institution, address and contact of the author(s) and by the abstract (maximum 15 lines);
  

• the word processor should be Word for Windows version 97 or later;
  

• the maximum length allowed is 30 pages (including graphics, notes, references, etc.), in A4, Times New Roman 12 font, 1.5 (lines) line spacing; margins should be 2.5 cm right, top and bottom and 3.5 cm left;
  

Only papers approved beforehand by the Organising Committee and effectively presented by one (regularly registered) of its authors in a parallel session will be considered as “presented papers” thus being eligible for publication in the Congress Proceedings. 

Co-authors who cannot attend the Congress and therefore prefer not to register must contact the Scientific Committee by e-mail (apdr@mail.telepac.pt) before the Congress certifying that they are indeed co-authors of the paper. This is indispensable to appear as author in the Final Program and in the Congress Proceedings.
