To make the online submission of the Paper, you must do so through your ACCOUNT.
Papers reception:
Papers acceptance: 15 days after the date of reception.
Guidelines for Papers
Limit communications per presenter: Presenters are limited to two statements during the Congress.
The papers must respect the following standards:
- The first page must contain the title of the paper, author(s)'s first and last name, institution, address and contact of the author(s) and by the abstract (maximum 250 words);
- The paper must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format;
- The paper should not exceed 30 pages of text (about 40,000 characters with spaces);
- Formatting: Times New Roman 12pt; Spacing: 1.5 line spacing, margins: 2.5cm;
- The image quality should permit their direct reproduction. Illustrations in bitmap format must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and be saved in a graphic format typical. Please note that the illustrative material taken from the Internet is not suitable for printing, because of low resolution;
- Notes (references in the footnotes) in the text should be numbered uniform;
- The bibliography should include all the elements mentioned in the text, arranged in alphabetical order (by author) and numbered consecutively. Each entry should consist of the author's name, title, publisher, place and year of publication;
- Communications should be carefully prepared in order to be included on the CD-ROM Congress without amendments, with the exception of editorial changes in routine.
Only papers presented in sessions with Arbitration and in sessions Award for Bartholomew and extended abstract Posters displayed and discussed by the authors credited shall be subject to publication in the Proceedings of the Congress.
