48th ERSA European Congress - Liverpool, United Kingdom

The 48th edition of ERSA Congress will be hosted by the Civic Design Department of University of Liverpool and by the British and Irish sections of Regional Science Association International (RSAI), under the theme «Culture, Cohesion e Competitiveness - Regional Perspectives».
Abstracts may be submitted until 14th January 2008 and the acceptance decision will be sent until 29th February 2008. Abstract acceptance does not necessarily imply the acceptance of the paper.

RSAI World Congress 2008, S. Paulo, Brazil
17th to 19th March 2008

Organized jointly by RSAI, ABER (Regional Studies Brazilian Association - Brazilian Section of RSAI) and São Paulo University - Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting, the RSAI 2008 World Congress will be held from the 17th to 19th March 2008, in this Faculty. The Local Organization Committee is formed by Carlos Azzoni, Eduardo Haddad, Joaquim Guilhoto and Danilo Igliori.
Final Program is available since 1st January 2008. Inscription can be done at a lower price until 31st January 2008.

14th APDR Meeting
2nd Congress of Nature Management Conservation


In 2008, APDR chose the Portuguese city of Tomar (Polytechnic Institute of Tomar) to host the14th APDR Meeting, under the main theme "Development, Administration and Local Governance", the 4th and 5th July 2008. The APDR Congress will be held jointly with the 2nd Congress of Nature Management Conservation. As usual in APDR Meetings, papers in others areas of Regional Science are also definitely welcome.
