(A tribute to Felisberto Marques Reigado) 

The most recent publication of Collection APDR assembles a diversified number of contributions that the authors wanted to dedicate to the university career of Felisberto Marques Reigado. The chosen themes fall upon several of the great concerns which have been studied with particular devotion by the honoured, throughout his academic life.
During his professional activity, Marques Reigado, in addition to the dedication to the teaching of economics to several generations of young people, also reflected upon themes such as planning, regional and local development, innovation and over-border cooperation. The authors intended to express that variety of scientific interests, now witnessed by old pupils and colleagues of research on economical science in Portugal.
The Board of APDR, faced with the initiative of some of its associates, was very pleased to embrace this tribute to one of its most distinguished members.   This publication, which is owed to the contribution of the authors of the published essays, represents the will of both APDR and authors to demonstrate the regard for the work and person of Marques Reigado.
