Please note the time zone of the conference is [UTC+1] - Lisbon time (Central European Summer Time (CEST) is 1:00 hour ahead Lisbon, Portugal).
The online presentations in the Parallel Sessions, will be held via the video interface Google Meet (https://meet.google.com/ (you will need a Google account to use Google Meet)). Each link is available in the program for each session.
All other Session (Opening, Plenaries and Closing Session) will be streaming at https://utadtv.utad.pt/live.
Guideline for Presenters and Chairs
Presenters and Chairs
The timeslot of parallel sessions is limited to 90 minutes, with the exception of Parallel Sessions (4) that have 120 minutes. Time of each presentation is limited to 15 minutes, inclusive for sessions with 3 or 4 Presentations. Time of presentation remains the same if there are two speakers for the same presentation.
Please note:
- A host will start to admit participants into the meeting 15 minutes in advance on the Google Meet platform. Please join us at least 10 minutes in advance on the Google Meet platform. Don't be late to avoid disturbing the course of the session.

Chairs'role
The main roles of the chair are:
- To welcome the presenters of the session and invite them to deliver their presentations.
- To control the presentation timing by all speakers
- To check the live Q&A feature (Chat) on the event platform and select questions for each speaker.
- To take into account the time left for discussion, the session must finish in the schedule.
- To report to the organization the missing presentations.
- To ask the organization to solve any problem that might appear and cannot be solved by the chair;
