Participants reception - 16 th September, Friday

Participants’ reception and the distribution of the Congress material will take place by the main entrance door to the Faculty of Economics.

Plenary sessions and parallel sessions

Plenary sessions will be held in one of the two amphitheatres on the ground floor of the Faculty of Economics.
Parallel sessions will be held in the rooms of the ground-floor and 2nd floor (“0” and “2” in the plant) .

Lunch

Lunch will take place in university restaurant, located in front of the Faculty of Economics.

Coffee-breaks

Participants will receive tickets to coffee and water, valid for the Congress days in the bar of the Faculty of Economics

Official dinner -17th September, Saturday

Official Dinner will take place in the restaurant of Hotel Faro, by 20h30.

Congress Excursion and lunch- 18 th September, Sunday

Congress excursion will consist of a boat trip to Deserta Island, through which participants can dive into the natural habitat of Ria Formosa and enjoy the sun and swim in its large sandy beach of warm and crystal waters. Here you will find diverse leisure activities, not forgetting the restaurant "O Estaminé" specialized in fresh fish and seafood meals, where lunch will take place.

General Assembly APDR - 16th September, Friday, 18h30

The general-assembly of APDR will be held in one of the two amphitheatres on the ground floor of the Faculty of Economics.

Networking

There will be a room at the disposal of participants equiped with computers and Internet connection, in the 2nd floor.

Transportation during the Congress

There will be transportation available, in the 16th and 17th September, from the hotel (only those suggested by the organisation) to the Faculty of Economics / Campus Gambelas and vice-versa.
