Participants’ reception and the distribution of the Congress material will take place in the hall next to the Auditorium, located in the ground floor.
Plenary sessions and parallel sessions
Plenary sessions will be held in the Auditoriums on the ground floor.
Parallel sessions will be held in the rooms of the 2nd floor. (please, see the plant)
Lunch
Lunch will take place in school restaurant, located in the ground floor. (please, see the plant)
Coffee-breaks
Coffee breaks will be served in the ground floor hall, next to the Auditorium. (please, see the plant)
Official dinner -16th September, Saturday
Official Dinner will take place in the restaurant Forno da Mimi, by 21h00.

Technical Excursion and lunch- 17th September, Sunday
Congress excursion will consist of a two different parts. The first part will be a visit to an historical monument, the House of Ínsua, where the beautiful thematic gardens, the old chapel and the wine cellar will be visited. (www.casadainsua.pt).
The second part will consist of a trial of golf in the Montebelo golf field followed by lunch. (www.golfemontebelo.pt)
General Assembly APDR - 15th September, Friday, 18h30
The general-assembly of APDR will be held in the Auditorium, located in the ground floor.
Networking
There will be a room at the disposal of participants equiped with computers and Internet connection.
Transportation during the Congress
There will be transportation available, in the 15th and 16th September, from the hotel (only those suggested by the organisation) to the Congress and vice-versa.
